Do I need a DBA or Fictitious Name after I've incorporated or formed an LLC?

Solution
If you will be doing business under the Corporate or LLC name then a fictitious name or DBA is not required. However, if you wish your company to operate under a different name, then you will have to file.

For example, if you are XYZ Services, LLC but would like to do business as "SuperKleen Services" then you must file the DBA or fictitious name statement.
