We process most orders by the next business day, however, how long the State will take to process the paperwork once they receive it varies widely depending on the State (and the season).

Some States take 3 days, others take 4 weeks or longer.  Our "Price Quote" and Order form will tell you the estimated time to process an order in your selected State.

Also, we offer "Rush Filing" services that can speed up the process. Our Rush Filling service utilizes Overnight shipping, hand delivery of the documents to the State, additional fees paid to the State or a combination of the three.  Our expedite fees vary from State to State and are also on the Price Quote form.
