Amendments

If you would like to change the name, number of authorized shares or anything else that was on your original Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization, then an amendment will be required (NOTE: changing officers, directors and shareholders will typically not require an amendment, simply filing an early "Annual Report" should be sufficient, contact your State's filing office for clarification).

Dissolutions/Withdrawals

If you would like to dissolve (permanently close) your company, we can file the appropriate Articles of Dissolution in any State.

Certificates of Good Standing or Certified Copies

Typically, you can obtain a Certificate of Good Standing or Certified Copies by simply calling your State's filing office or visiting their website.  We can, however, do this on your behalf if requested.

Change of Registered Agent

If you'd like to change to our Registered Agent Service, we can file the necessary paperwork and, in many cases, will pay all fees required to make the switch!

Foreign Qualifications

If you need to register your company in another State, we can prepare the necessary paperwork and provide you with a Registered Agent in any State.
